Body Barre Class 
An intense and fun class that's set to music.  This class focuses on high reps, light resistance, and very targeted muscle activation.  This is a whole body workout, with special emphasis on the glutes and legs. Come give it a try! Sneakers are optional for this class.

Space is limited. You must sign up for these classes in advance.

Springboard Class
This class utilizes a wall mounted springboard, which replicates the trapeze table, one of the traditional pieces of Pilates equipment.  This class utilizes spring resistance to either assist or resist body movement while engaging the core. These classes are limited to 7  participants. You will get a great workout lead by an experienced instructor.  We do require that you do the Intro Package before you take these classes so that in the class you will have a safe and effective workout. Since there are limited spaces in class we ask you reserve your space in advance.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with this class. 

Mat Class
This class is performed in a group setting.  A variety of small props are used in this class, a variety of exercises are performed.  This class focuses on strengthening the core.  No advanced signups are required.


Group Reformer Class
These classes utilize the traditional Pilates equipment called the Reformer. These classes are limited to 5  participants. You will get a great workout lead by an experienced instructor.  We do require that you do the Intro Package before you take these classes so that in the class you will have a safe and effective workout. Since there are limited spaces in class we ask you reserve your space in advance.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with this class.
