Exercise for the Body, Mind and Soul

We are offering in studio and remote classes, see the schedule to the right. (Red Remote, Black in studio)

Remote Group Fitness/ HIIT classes

This class is fully remote. This class is a full body workout.  Class features cardiovascular work as well as free weights, fitness balls and floor work.  The first week of the month class will be free weights/muscle sculpting, the rest of the month will be a combination of hi/ lo, intervals and free weights, class format will change week to week.  Class will be the same Tuesday and Thursday.


Remote Strength and Sculpt Class

This class is fully remote.  This class features a full body workout utilizing weights, fitness balls, and body resistance.  There will be no jumping in this class, but don't be fooled!  This will be a challenging full body workout!

 

Tower Class
This class utilizes the tower, which replicates the trapeze table, one of the traditional pieces of Pilates equipment.  This class utilizes spring resistance to either assist or resist body movement while engaging the core.  Class size is  limited. You will get a great workout lead by an experienced instructor.  We do require that you do the Intro Package before you take these classes so that in the class you will have a safe and effective workout. Since there are limited spaces in class we ask you reserve your space in advance.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with this class. 

Mat Class
This class is fully remote. This class is performed in a group setting, remotely.  A variety of small props are used in this class, a variety of exercises are performed.  This class focuses on strengthening the core.  

Group Reformer Class
These classes utilize the traditional Pilates equipment called the Reformer. These classes are limited to 6 participants. You will get a great workout lead by an experienced instructor.  We do require that you do the Intro Package before you take these classes so that in the class you will have a safe and effective workout. Since there are limited spaces in class we ask you reserve your space in advance.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with this class.


Jump Board Class

Class is on the reformer utilizing the jump board, to challenge your core while giving an effective cardio vascular workout.
