Exercise for the Body, Mind and Soul

Laura is a Balance Body certified instructor.  She has been teaching Pilates  for over 7 years.  She is also a group fitness and strength/interval training instructor.  She is a personal trainer certified through ACSM.  Laura has a BS in Dance and a M.Ed. in Exercise Science/ Health Promotion, both from Springfield College.  She specializes in injury prevention as well as sport specific programs.  Laura enjoys working with people of all fitness levels, creating challenging workouts to meet each individuals goals.

Janet is a licensed physical therapist, certified pilates trainer, and certified personal trainer. Janet trained and is certified through Stott Pilates. She earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Westfield State College and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from American Inter­­national College. She has over 20 years experience in the fit­ness industry. She is also certified through AFAA. Janet has studied Myofascial Release through the MFR treatment center. She has studied the myokinesthetic system of manual therapy and is certified with this manual technique of treating pain.

Janet Burke-Allen, MPT


Carol is Stott and Power Pilates mat trained as well as trained through Power Pilates for apparatus. She has a BA in art and is a licensed esthetician, certified holistic nutritionist and certified Buff Bones instructor. Carol loves to help people feel good about being in their bodies and moving with purpose and focus.
