On 91 South, take Exit 1 (Longmeadow) as getting off of ramp go to 3rd light, take a left onto Converse Street, follow to the end (approx 3 miles) take a left onto Dwight Road. Take a right into third driveway (Longmeadow Professional Park). We are in the 1st of 3 brick buildings, 167 Dwight Road

On 91 North, take exit 49 (Longmeadow), bear to the right onto Rte 5 North, take right onto Williams Street, follow past center of Longmeadow go to 2nd light after center take a left onto Dwight Road, Pilates Center is in Longmeadow Professional Park, on the right.
